Before any project officially begins and payment is processed, we conduct a comprehensive alignment meeting and collect a detailed project brief. This ensures we fully understand your specific business requirements, goals, and target audience, allowing us to design and develop the most effective, conversion-focused solution tailored specifically to your brand.
3. Intellectual Property & Portfolio
Upon project completion, the ownership of the custom store design and integrated assets is transferred to you. As a digital agency, we reserve the right to display screenshots, links, and case studies of the completed work in our portfolio (such as our “Recent Works” section) and marketing materials to showcase our expertise.
4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure smooth project delivery, clients must provide necessary assets (logos, copy, product details, etc.) and feedback in a timely manner. Delays in providing these materials may result in extended project timelines.
5. Payments & Refunds
To guarantee our full dedication and reserve development resources for your project, we require 100% full payment upfront (following our alignment meeting) before initiating any design or development work. Due to the custom and highly digital nature of web development and CRO services, this payment is strictly non-refundable once the project work has commenced.
6. Post-Delivery Technical Support
To ensure a seamless transition, we provide 30 days (1 month) of complimentary technical support starting from the date of your store’s final delivery. This support covers resolving any bugs, layout glitches, or technical issues directly related to the work delivered by Shield Cart. It does not cover new feature additions or major structural changes requested after delivery.
7. Limitation of Liability
We build stores optimized for growth, but Shield Cart cannot guarantee specific sales figures, profit margins, or traffic volumes. In no event shall Shield Cart be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data loss, or suspension of your Shopify/advertising accounts.
8. Third-Party Tools
Our services may involve integrating third-party apps, plugins, or platforms (e.g., Shopify, Meta). We are not responsible for the performance, terms, or policies of these external services.
